Big Fish Grille Head Chef
Not knowing what to do after school Joe joined the United States Marine Corps. It is there that he found his passion in the culinary field. After serving his time and cooking for 3000 Marines per meal Joe came back to his hometown of Oak Forest, IL.
Joe held various line cook positions at the beginning of his career and was promoted to Sous Chef of Limestone City Grill in 2004. He held the same title at Harrah’s Casino Joliet and was promoted to Room Chef at the casino. After leaving the casino in 2013 Joe joined the BigBash Family at Big Fish Grille. In October 2015 Joe moved over to open Morris Chop Shop.
Joe enjoys concerts, live sporting events, spending time with his family and friends and cheering on his Michigan Wolverines. GO BLUE!!!!
